helpful staff charging points storage space
I found the staff helpful . The room included four USB charging points beside the bed. This made it easy to charge mobile phones and tablets. The hotel had well-appointed rooms with decent storage space.
The street noise was quite noticeable even with the windows closed.

The staff members were very kind and helpful with any requests I had. Joao at reception offered useful information concerning places to visit and the best transport options to use. I felt well-cared for.

Breakfast featured a good selection of items each morning. The breakfast room was nice. The hotel's central location provided easy access to tourist attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation including buses, trams and trains. It made getting around simple.

The location is amazing, right on the central plaza with quick access to restaurants. my room was spacious with a comfortable bed and fresh bottled water was provided daily. the breakfast room offered a good view of the plaza. I enjoyed the fruit, meats, and breads available.

the hotel has an excellent location near the city centre. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and of perfect size.
the breakfast was basic with limited choice. the room had old furniture. there were no international channels on tv for international guests.

wonderful experience
perfect location friendly staff varied breakfast easy transport
the location suited my needs very well. transport options were close by! the staff answered all my questions quickly. the breakfast offered good variety for everyone. i would book here again.
The elevator made strange noises at times. That worried me slightly.

the room provided spacious windows looking out onto the trees and the square. the castle was visible from the windows. the room was very clean. i slept well in the bed.

The hotel had an elegant style. The marble and deep tubs were very nice. the hotel also had a little veranda. the front desk was near a unique entrance. i liked the twenties ambiance.

the breakfast included fruit, cheese, and eggs. there were also jams, honey, croissants, coffee, and tea. even the 'nata' was available! the breakfast options suited my needs. the kitchen staff worked hard.

the staff was polite and very helpful. one staff member, helena, offered helpful information. the staff helped me change rooms to face the front. they even moved my luggage for me.
